Due to CoVid-19 restrictions, all of our tax sites will be operating as drop-off sites this year. This means you will schedule and appointment, go to a site, your documents will be copied, and you will need to return at a later day or time to pick up, and review and sign your completed return. Tax preparers will use the phone number you give them to communicate with you throughout the process. For any type of appointment, you will need the social security cards for you, your spouse (if filing jointly), and all dependents; a photo ID for you and your spouse; and all your tax documents. New this year, if you received a stimulus check please be prepared to share the amount of that payment with your tax preparer.

Due to safety recommendations regarding Covid-19, all tax sites will be operating as drop-off sites this year. For the health and safety of everyone involved, unfortunately, you will not be able to sit next to or across from your tax preparer as they complete your tax return. Tax preparation may vary depending on the tax site. Select sites you will give your documents to a preparer and wait in your car or a designated room while it is being prepared. However, all tax sites will offer the option for you to have your tax documents scanned, and then have you pick up, review, and sign your tax return at an agreed upon later time. All sites will also have capacity for a maximum of two (2) people at any given time to wait in the lobby if you are traveling by bus or arriving on foot and cannot easily return later



This appointment model can be done on your home computer or smartphone. You will need the ability to upload documents from your computer into our secure software program. Alternatively, you can take pictures of your documents on your smartphone and upload them to our secure software program. Once you make an appointment, you will receive an email describing what you need to do to get started. We will provide you with a support email to contact us with any difficulties you may experience. Your appointment slot does not necessarily mean that you will be speaking with a tax preparer at that exact time. This only reserves your place in the virtual queue for the date you select. Someone will arrange an agreed-upon time to contact you after your documents have been uploaded correctly into the software. After the initial phone call, the tax preparer will have 48 hours to complete your return. A quality reviewer will look over your return and schedule a time with you to review the return together over the phone. You will then sign the tax return by e-signature and your return will be e-filed



PLEASE NOTE: TURNAROUND TIME FOR YOUR TAX RETURN WHEN SELECTING VIRTUAL IS CURRENTLY 5-7 DAYS. THERE WILL LIKELY NOT BE A PHONE CALL AT YOUR SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR AN EMAIL INVITATION THE DAY BEFORE OR THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO GET STARTED UPLOADING DOCUMENTS.
