Due to CoVid-19 restrictions, all of our tax sites will be operating as drop-off sites this year. This means that when you arrive at a site, your documents will be copied and you will return at a later day or time to review and sign your completed return. Tax preparers will use the phone number you give them to communicate with you throughout the process.

In-Person Drop-Off Appointment

Due to safety recommendations regarding Covid-19, all tax sites will be operating as drop-off sites this year. Due to safety recommendations regarding Covid-19, all tax sites will be operating as drop-off sites this year. For the health and safety of everyone involved, you will not be able to sit next to or across from your tax preparer as they complete your tax return. Tax preparation processes may vary depending on the tax site. Select sites you will give your documents to a preparer and wait in your car or a designated room while it is being prepared. However, all tax sites will offer the option for you to have your tax documents scanned, and then have you pick up, review, and sign your tax return at an agreed upon later time. All sites will also have capacity for a maximum of two (2) people at any given time to wait in the lobby if you are traveling by bus or arriving on foot and cannot easily return later.

All tax sites require an appointment this year - there will be no walk-in appointments.
